Chillville by Oversee 30A | Perfect in Walton County Awards – Three-Time Diamond Winner – Best Rental Mgmt. 2026, 2025, 2024

Tucked away in a peaceful Seagrove neighborhood, Chillville is a spectacular coastal retreat that instantly puts you in a vacation state of mind. While the beautifully designed interiors offer plenty of room to spread out, the real highlights are the action-packed garage game room and the massive, fun-filled backyard. Step outside to discover an incredible outdoor space loaded with amenities, including a private pool, a playground, and a fire pit for evening hangouts. When it is time to hit the sand, simply grab one of the four included bikes or take a quick five-minute stroll straight to the sugar-white sand of the Gulf.

The spacious, fully equipped kitchen serves as the perfect hub for your group's culinary adventures. Serve up a delicious coastal feast at the dining table, which comfortably seats six, while four more guests can pull up a barstool at the kitchen island.

After dinner, kick back in the stylish first-floor living room for a movie or game night, enjoying the convenience of a nearby half bath.

Finding a quiet place to recharge is a breeze with well-appointed bedrooms on both levels. The first floor boasts a luxurious king primary suite featuring a lavish attached bathroom with double vanity sinks, a walk-in shower, and a relaxing soaker tub. Head upstairs to find a fantastic secondary living area, perfect for reading or giving the kids their own hangout space.

This second level also hosts a lovely queen bedroom with a private full bath, alongside a king guest room and a fun bunk room (with a full-over-full bed) that share a convenient full bathroom.

Step outside to discover your own personal paradise in the expansive backyard, where all the magic truly happens. Spend your days splashing in the large private pool—complete with a spillover spa and water spouts—or let the kids burn off energy on the playground. When you return from your short walk to the beach, rinse off in the partially enclosed outdoor shower before firing up the large gas grill for a cookout. As the sun sets, gather around the gas fire pit, or head into the garage game room for friendly rounds of foosball and air hockey. Complete with a backup generator for total peace of mind, this home is designed for a flawless stay.

At Oversee 30A, we keep it simple: clean, comfy stays with a local team always close by. Our office is nearby, open seven days a week, with 24/7 support if you need anything.
