We absolutely loved this house in Santa Rosa. It is a convenient bike ride to the beach and a pretty easy walk to the pool. My Kids loved getting to ride the golf car out to dinner each night, Goatfeathers is less than 2 miles away and by far the best restaurant we’ve had in Santa Rosa! This is the second time we’ve stayed in this home, it was wonderful over spring break, very crowded beach over Fourth of July week!

Our stay at Charmed Waters was lovely. The home is just as desccribed and shown in the photos. The golf cart was the best touch as you were able to get to many things outside the neighborhood by golf cart or bikes. The pool in the neighborhood was nice. The beach access was a golf cart ride away. The gulf is always beautiful . For anyone travelling to the Santa Rosa area, I would recommend staying here.
