By The Sea is a new, 3-bedroom home in the Highland Park community, in laid-back Blue Mountain Beach. The neighborhood has a resort-style, tropically landscaped lagoon pool, which includes a hot tub, 360-observation tower, community grilling area, and firepit with comfy chairs and couches.
Inside, the open living and dining area is huge and wonderfully decorated.
Off the primary bedroom, king, a private balcony lets you enjoy your morning coffee as you take in the sunrise and views of Point Washington State Forest.
A second and third guest room, both queen, is nearby, with a queen sleeper in the living room.
A golf cart and 3 bikes are complimentary, so take advantage of biking or hiking Point Washington State Forest, or visit the nearby shops and restaurants.

This is our 12th year visiting 30a in the Fall. This was our favorite location. Very clean and a nice quiet neighborhood. Golf cart was great for beach and getting around to restaurants and shopping. We love the Blue Mountain Beach area and this home was perfect for our family of four. That being said, it would accommodate many more comfortably.

My Family enjoyed our stay. I enjoyed the sense of PEACE! I felt safe, the golf carts were a plus. My teenagers were happy, it‚’s close to the beach, so the golf carts definitely were a plus for them. The house was close to a lot of restaurants and cute shops. I myself enjoyed the kitchen.
The beds were clean and great to sleep on.
The house scent was fresh and clean.
My only add would be to add a charcoal grill.üòÇ
Other than that, I recommend this house. No regrets and my host were very active!!

Location was great to restaurants, coffee & ice cream shops. Pool access behind the house was convenient and beach access off of Old Mt Rd. was no problem with golf cart parking.

We had such a beautiful time! The Airbnb was clean, welcoming, and so comfortable! It was extremely convenient to the beach, restaurants, shops, anything we needed! The pool being right in the backyard was a big hit along with the golf cart and bikes included! Would definitely stay again!

Very nice place to spend the week with family. The pool was right out the back door. The outdoor porch on the second story was a nice surprise. I would certainly recommend staying here. Lots to do in the area.

The community pool is literally in your backyard – which would be a bonus for families with small kids. Living area is spacious. The bikes and golf cart are handy. Shops for coffee, ice cream and health food are right around the corner from the neighborhood. The beach and Red Fish Taco are within a mile. Watercolor & Seaside are about a 15 minute drive. The house was clean upon arrival, and the management company was quick to respond the one time we needed them. Overall our stay was peaceful and relaxing with enough space for three teens and two adults.

We had a great stay here. We had 4 kids under 19 yoa and they all loved the proximity to the pool which the gate to the pool is right outside the back door! Golf cart and bikes were a big hit and necessary since the beach isn’t a short walk. We’d stay here again for sure.

This home was beautiful and comfortable. Everything was spotless and the kitchen has every appliance and utensil you need to cook meals. The area was beautiful and near everything. We contacted the host several times and they communicated in a timely manner and answered all our questions. Very friendly and helpful. The golf cart added so much fun and connivence to our vacation. We never used our vehicle during the week, only the gold cart. We will definitely rent here again.

We had a fantastic fall break trip! The house is absolutely gorgeous! Very tastefully decorated and very clean. The location was easily accessible to many great local restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and chill and we were good with that. We really appreciated the golf cart included with the rental. It was about a 5-minute drive to the beach and we were able to easily park the golf cart at the Blue Mountain Public Beach Access. The neighborhood pool with access right out the back door was beautiful. We spent a couple of afternoons laying by the pool when the beach was too windy. Our teenagers loved the hot tub. Communication from the rental company was very thorough throughout the trip. We hope to be back!

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious, well-appointed home in Blue Mountain Beach. We loved that the pool was conveniently located just steps from the home and the beach is a 5-minute drive in the golf cart. The home was well-stocked with towels, linens and kitchen necessities. The community was quiet and relaxed. We didn’t hear noise from the pool/cabana area even though it’s located right behind the home. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this rental to others.

Perfect vacation house in Blue Mountain Beach, has everything we needed the house was very clean and comfortable. The golf cart was essential and added to the overall enjoyment of our trip. We could easily get to the beach, restaurants, etc. Cant wait to go back.

I cannot say enough about our stay. From the moment we drove up it was clear that the pictures did not do the place justice. Everything was much bigger in real life and even more beautiful. The pool area alone is worth the stay. We have a family with four Littles, so that was where we spent most of our time. With it only steps away from the back door it was easy to grill out and eat poolside. Still, the Beach was also incredibly convenient with the six person golf cart, and kept the sand out of our van. Less than a five minute ride to two beaches. This place had all the class of 30-A without the noise of Destin. I cannot recommend it enough!

We had a great time in Santa Rosa Beach. This house was in the perfect location on 30A. We loved that it backed the pool, which was an awesome pool by the way. The house was clean and equipped with everything we needed for our week stay!

By The Sea was the perfect spot for our family’s beach vacation. The how was nice, clean, and spacious. We particularly enjoyed the proximity to the pool. A couple of things we would suggest to the property management company would be to add hooks for hanging towels and swimsuits on the back screen porch and leaving stocking a brush to clean the grill.

This home was brand new and clean! It’s right next to the pool. The layout and location is great. Oversee was great to work with. They provided details of amenities and were spot on and communications were quick and the people were so nice at Oversee. We would happily rent again. The only thing worth noting is the driveway is short and a little steep, which could be a problem for some people. Other than that, great home.
