Welcome to Instant Gratification, a 3-bedroom (plus bunk), 3-bath home, near the San Juan beach access in Seagrove Beach. With ample parking for up to four vehicles, this beautiful home has many new updates and is perfect for a memorable family vacation.

Enjoy the private heated pool and large deck area for sunbathing, relaxing, and cooking out on the gas grill.

The primary bedroom, king, includes a desk area. The bath has a garden tub, a separate tiled shower, and large closet. The bunk room is just off the primary and has twins and a desk, perfect for the kids or a home office.

A guest bedroom, queen, features a large dresser and a private bath with a walk-in shower. The other guest room has a full bed with a twin trundle and a private bathroom.
The complimentary bikes are perfect for trips to the water, and to Seaside’s many great restaurants.

Great location and nice house for a family. 5 minute walk to the beach. Lots of room to take our dog for walks and the closed in “backyard” with the pool was also a nice place for the dog to roam.

Only thing to improve upon was that the house did not have enough blankets and bikes (only 3 came with the rental) for the occupancy.

We had a great experience with Oversee. Our fridge in the rental broke exactly as over $300 in instacart groceries were in route. Oversee jumped on the problem and had a new fridge in our rental within hours & even brought ice to hold us over until then! We couldn’t believe it. Then the gate to the pool didn’t lock right – oversee sent someone over and had it fixed in under 60 min. We were blown away. The home is great and we loved the location. Fully stocked kitchen, clean, nice layout. Only minor feedback for the owners is the pool area could use a spray for mosquitos. Pack lots of bugspray and you should be just fine.

Thank you Oversee for providing a great property for my birthday. We had an amazing time! The bungalow is super cute and clean. We had everything we needed. Only a five minute walk to the beautiful beach we felt very lucky to have been in such an awesome location. Beds were very comfortable, pool heater worked, Oversee replaced out bikes right away (1 was a little wonky). If I had to say anything it would just be to add some some lighting in the backyard by the table and grill so we could grill easier but other than that truly a great time and great stay. We will absolutely be back!

We had a great week at Bluegrass Bungalow. The house was well equipped from kitchen gadgets to towels for the four of us. The lights were odd in each room, and would come on only sometimes. The outdoor shower created a lot of dirt when used, and needs an upgrade to be truly usable. We heated the pool and being from VT we are glad we did. The heater worked well and the pool was clean. The outdoor pool and beach accessories were run down or non existent so you will want to bring your own. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would rent from Oversee properties again.

The blue bungalow was in an ideal location for us, a 5 minute walk to the beach, 15 minute walk to seaside. All of the beds were comfortable.
