Beautiful Imagination is a fully renovated townhouse in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach, refreshed from top to bottom and just 250 steps from the sand. Close enough to hear the waves, close enough to wander down barefoot. Very nice.
Inside, the first floor feels bright and ready for downtime. The living area centers around a generous sofa (yes, it pulls out), ideal for post-beach lounging and late-night movies. The kitchen and dining area keep everyone connected, with plenty of counter space for easy breakfasts, seafood dinners, or takeout from down the street.
Slide outside to the deck for morning coffee with the sounds of the rolling surf.
It’s a simple pleasure, and it never gets old.
Upstairs, both bedrooms offer privacy and their own outdoor space. The primary suite includes a TV and a balcony with Gulf views, an excellent spot for morning coffee or a drink at sunset. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, TV, hall bath, and its own balcony with Adirondack chairs.
Outdoors, a private courtyard adds even more room to relax, complete with a gas grill and outdoor shower for sandy returns. With four decks in total, there’s always another corner to claim.
And as always, Oversee keeps things easy. We’re local, available seven days a week, and just minutes away if anything comes up. Clean homes, clear communication, and a stay that feels effortless—that’s our style.

Beautiful Imagination was fantastic! The condo felt clean, new, and very well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The location is hard to beat—just a 2–3 minute walk to the beach and about a 10-minute walk to nearby restaurants and Blue Mountain Creamery.
The swimming pool is just a few steps from the unit, and the entire property is beautifully maintained with manicured grounds. We also loved how quiet and peaceful the area was while still being close to everything.
Our family of five had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. We would absolutely stay at Beautiful Imagination again! Oversee 30A was great to work with. They are quick to respond and very helpful.

We loved our stay! The condo was beautiful and exactly what we needed with a family of 4, with older teens. We had family staying around the corner, so it was fun to be able to hang with them, just steps away. Everything was super clean, the area was amazing, the shops and restaurants close by. We rented a golf cart and rode around the entirety of our long weekend!

They were very responsive to our needs when we blew a fuse in the Master Bedroom. With all the properties they have to manage, they were able to get to our problem pretty quickly.

We loved our stay and had an amazing vacation. The townhouse was clean and ready to go. Oversee was very friendly. We did have a small hiccup with checking in. Lock codes were sent via text and I thought they were in email/Airbnb messages so I couldn’t find them to get into the townhouse (my fault not oversees) but just as an fyi to the next guest to check text as well as emails.
I do wish beach towels or towels we could use at the pool/beach were included. We had to go buy towels and had trouble figuring out how to get them back home with us.
Started amenities were included but they were pretty basic and small so needed to make a trip to the store promptly.
Overall we loved our stay and check out was the most accommodating compared to other places we stayed.
The house was exactly as pictured and immaculate. We will be booking again!
