In the heart of old Seagrove, welcome to Beachwood 12E, a charming, three-bedroom Beachwood Villas condo. Nearby, take advantage of great dining options with Café Thirty-A, Brozini's Pizza, Angelina's, and The Surfing Deer.

Beachwood Villas has lots of amenities to offer, including two large community pools (one heated seasonally) and charcoal grills. Beachwood Villas Beach Access is just a short walk away. Additionally, the property provides two bikes(!) and plenty of parking.

Inside, the charming living, dining, and kitchen area has recently been updated. The first bedroom features two full beds and a convenient jack-and-jill style bathroom that exits into the hallway.

The primary bedroom, king, and guest room, queen, are tucked in the back.

We loved the apartment, and closeness to the beach. During our stay a main water pipe burst, and we had no water. We were supposed to check into another rental. The code given to us did not work and Oversee did not answer the emergency number. We had to return to our original apartment. Thank goodness, by then the pipe was fixed and water was back on.
We were reimbursed for the day this all happened.

This was such a cute and fun place to stay. Close distance to everything you want or need. My family and I had such a great time staying here. The amenities and the bikes really added to keeping the kids busy other than the beach . Very clean and quiet. Will stay here again.

Everything was as seen in the pictures and a bonus of extra beach gear. Our host was fantastic and replied quickly to all my questions. The positives: The condo is next to one of the two pools, the community laundry is steps away (if you need to do larger loads), the walk to the beach is pretty close, the traffic always stopped on the cross walk over to the beach (on 30A), the gas station next is Beachwood Villas is convenient, and Grayton Beach State Park is close!. The negatives: Traffic on 30A is very busy, golf carts slow the traffic, parking is tough to find if you want to hang out in Seaside on 30A, the steps going down to the beach of the public access are a work out if you have a beach cart. All of the negatives have nothing to do with Beachwood Villas. I recommend the Oversee condo any day!

The unit had the perfect layout for our family’s needs. I especially appreciated the Jack and Jill bathroom having two separate toilets. Since we were vacationing with our little kids and our older teens, this came in very handy for them. The beds were very comfortable, never slept better! The decor was light, breezy, and classy. Beachy without being kitschy. The unit overseeing the pool from the balcony was certainly a plus. The property felt safe and was well kept, with a charming little boardwalk that meanders through the grounds and gardens. The beach, along with restaurants and shops, was a very short 3-5 minute walk away.

The condo was absolutely fabulous, very updated and had all the amenities you needed!! We had pool view which was nice and took advantage of the grilling area. Beach was right across the street only issue with that was finding the right access to public areas. Definitely recommend this condo the management was very responsive when needed and polite

We chose the condo after Hurricane Ian interrupted our plans. It was a perfect location and great condo. It was updated and well appointed. We enjoyed the oversized balcony. It was easy to access the beach and within walking distance to a few restaurants. Highly recommend. The management team was great and responsive.

My family and I were very impressed with the clean and spacious condo. The balcony that overlooks the pool created a euphoria that was a very nice surprise. It was a very comfortable vacation for 8 people and will definitely be back soon!
