The Friends of Camp Helen are pleased to announce the return of the Americana Concert Series, held in the historic Lodge at Camp Helen State Park. The concerts are scheduled for January 24th, February 7th, 21st, and 28th at 6:00 PM. Tickets are available for advance purchase only at the Park Office of Camp Helen State Park, starting December 15th. Seating is very limited, and tickets are expected to sell out quickly. Only guests with pre-purchased tickets will be allowed inside the Lodge, with entry starting at 6:00 PM to select seats. Refreshments will be provided by the Friends of Camp Helen, and the music will begin at 6:30 PM. The January 24th concert features Dean Johanesen and his "Circus Swing and American Roots Music," described as having a classy sound reminiscent of Django Reinhart at a rodeo show.

Ocean Front, Walk off your porch and into the sand. A private side yard for relaxing and cooking out was great to have. Very clean. Oversee, those who manage the property were fabulous to work with.

You can’t beat the location of Beachfront Oasis! The back porch literally touches the sand and the side yard adds more space that’s very convenient!

This was our second stay at this unit. The location is superb! I love the beach right in front. Very quiet and peaceful setting.
This stay was a bit tricky getting into the house (key lock issues), but the staff responded quickly and we got it resolved soon enough.
Also, to no fault of anyone the” love bugs” were everywhere, inside and out. Yuck, but thankful there was a vacuum we could keep up on it.
Still a wonderful little place to stay. Did a lot of cooking this time and everything we needed. Will be back again!

We had a wonderful long weekend stay! You really can‚’t ask for a better location. Located steps from the water, it was so nice to be able to watch the sunset from the back porch, take a morning stroll along the shore and easily walk back and forth from the house to the beach.
We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Plenty of towels, lots of kitchen, tools and supplies as well as easy instructions for checking in and out! Will definitely be back!

Exactly as described. The place had everything you need and the market is a very short drive to get anything else. Nothing like walking out the door and straight into the sand.

This is our 2nd year at pirate cove villas but first time to stay in this unit. It was so nice. We loved having the extra space outside makes a big difference. I saw several reviews while viewing this listing about no curtains downstairs. I would like to add that they do now have curtains on the sliding glass doors looking out to gulf. Also, the side patio has Astro turf which is nice. We enjoyed our week and will definitely be back.

This place was perfect for our family. We could let the kids play on the sand and watch them from our patio. The beach was just a few steps away. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Loved our stay!

Our family had a great time. The location is magical. Right on the beach! The kids played in the sand all day, and we had great family walks every day after lunch. The owner/oversee was very flexible and accommodating. The house was very clean. We truly enjoyed our family . Our kids loved the place. We definitely Our family had a great time. Loved everything about it with the exception of the lack of curtains/drapes for the large beachside windows. I would only stay there again if this was remedied. I prefer to have privacy at times and it was also difficult to watch TV at times due to glare. The side yard is a wonderful bonus. There is a large sand dune that only partially blocks the view from the side yard which I didn’t find to be a problem. Sand dunes have a beauty of their own and there was still plenty of gulf to look at. The view from the living area doesn’t get any better.The surrounding neighborhood is fairly quiet and seems very safe. It’s conveniently located near just about anything you would need.

We loved the townhouse and especially the private beach, just walk out the backdoor and you’re on the beach. Views were amazing from the balcony and no noise from neighbors so peaceful and quiet.

Awesome location. Awesome Unit. We’ve stayed in the area many times but this was the first stay at Pirates Cove. Literally walk out your back door directly onto the beach. Not out the door and down some steps. Not down a boardwalk. First step off your patio is into sand.
This particular unit is an end unit and includes a private patio. The listing talks about it but what they say doesn’t do it justice. We really enjoyed having the extra space.
The local contact people at Oversee were amazing. We’d definitely book this unit again.

Ours was a mother/daughter visit! We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of every day! Right on the beach, private, right on the water was our highlight. The condo was great! Clean! Nicely appointed, comfortable furniture and beds. A swivel rocker was a true blessing, right by the glass door facing the water. The AC worked well, very important! Sweet patio for conversation and eating. Beautiful views.

This is a beautiful townhome with simple, relaxing, serene, thoughtful decor throughout. Do not let the fact that the downstairs doors do not have coverings put you off–this is the most private townhome in the entire complex. The side patio is large with gates and signage to prevent others from thinking it is a shared space. There is a dune in front of the ocean facing doors that prevents those walking on the beach from seeing in, but you still have a great view of the water and sunsets. An outside shower and water hose is provided on the patio. There are 4 chairs, a concrete table with 3 concrete benches, and a gas grill on the patio as well. This unit has a gas stove, which is an anomaly in rentals. The fridge has water, ice, and crushed ice (a bonus for us ice munchers!) The only bed that was slept in was the master king, but OH MY GOSH. Perhaps the most comfortable, coziest bed I’ve ever slept on. 3 full baths are super convenient (bottom floor bath includes stand up shower and W/D to the side in an alcove). Parking is **right in front** of the door–there is a gate, then a small space before the entry door. This provides privacy if you’d like to leave your main door open to the screen door for sunlight. This unit is on the far west end of PCB–you are surrounded by other villas and beach houses. The tall condos are way down the road. Winn Dixie, CVS, Publix, Bayou Bill’s Crab House, and Hwy 98 are just around the curve. PCB proper is mere minutes away. 5 star rental!

Beachfront Oasis was perfect for a last minute birthday getaway. This place never has openings in the summer because properties are booked annually! I booked it and THEN told my husband and grown children where I would be for my birthday, lol.

We had a great time in this clean, cozy , comfortable cute condo. The layout was great and had plenty of room for privacy . It had everything we needed , including beach chairs . Good location. Would definitely stay there again! The front door lock got stuck a lot, but that’s easy to replace

We thoroughly enjoyed our last-minute beach getaway at the Beachfront Oasis. The condo is beautifully furnished and the side patio added to its charm. We had great weather and beautiful views. There is a dune in front of the beachfront patio, but it actually added to the charm of the condo in our opinion. The only recommendation is the kitchen cookware and utensils are not that plentiful but met our needs. We love to cook and enjoy the sunsets rather than eating out and the beach crowds. An added bonus was the gas grill! Also, the Oversee property management answered any questions we had quickly and efficiently. Thank you Skylar and Crystal!

We loved the townhome. The patio was great. Only drawback, there was no view of the ocean from the bottom floor. Beautiful sand dune was blocking the view.

Best location on 30A! Literally on the beach. It’s not a crowded beach but it’s near everything you would want to do. The condo looks like it could be in a magazine. You park directly in front of the unit and the door is steps away from your car. So convenient. Beautifully decorated. The rental company responds immediately and are very accommodating.
