Your family will love this newly built, four-bedroom beach house. Spacious and beautiful, Beach Heaven is in the incredible Highland Parks neighborhood of Blue Mountain Beach, on the quieter west side of 30A.
Highland Park’s large lagoon pool is wonderful and includes a community grilling area, fire pit, and is only a few steps from Beach Heaven.
Highlands Parks is also next to numerous hiking and biking trails in the 15,000-acre Point Washington State Forest, which can be accessed via a nearby entrance to the trails, only .2 miles from the house. The beach is 5 minutes by car, 10 minutes by bike (four premium bikes are included) or about 15 minutes on foot.
Inside, a massive family room opens to a fully equipped kitchen, and a guest room, king, with a full bath. A second living area and three bedrooms are on the second floor. A primary bedroom, king, has a seating area and en-suite bathroom, with a spacious shower.
A guest room, queen, is down the hall, as is a queen bed and the kids’ favorite, a bunk room with two sets of twin bunks, sleep four. The house has ample parking for 3-4 cars, or 3 cars and a golf cart.

You’ll find everything that you need at this place and it’s great for a week + stay. If you can find it the Oversee team is very accommodating to point you in the right direction. Everything from the fully stocked kitchen, bedrooms, and furniture was cozy.
I really appreciated the ease of communication and friendliness of the Oversee team. I was able to message them well in advance and whenever I had a question about the 30a area.
I was a little bummed that the garage wasn’t available, but it didn’t detract from the overall experience. Prepare for the stairs as well. To get to the bedrooms you will have to be able to climb a good amount.
This was my first time to the 30a area and I have VZW. The service is spotty all over the Bay and Walton county area. Use the internet before you leave the house.

The house is exactly as described, and the photos represent the property well. The community is very nice and peaceful. The community pool is nice, rarely crowded, and a great option when taking a break from the beach. Plus, every guest we met during our stay was so friendly. The beaches are absolutely beautiful, and there are many options within minutes from the property. The locals are quite helpful when navigating public access to the beach as well as online resources. The golf cart was an added bonus as you can get to the beach and a variety of local restaurants nearby. The property accommodated our family of 6. Visit Crab Island it is a must! We hired Captain “Brick, ” and he made our day on the boat incredible. We will visit again!

Beautiful home, had a fabulous time. Neighborhood is great, beautiful pool. Easy golf cart ride to beaches. Lots of space. Kitchen very well equipped for cooking. Overall a wonderful trip !!

We loved staying at Beach Heaven. We had 10 people and were all comfortable. The large and open living room was great for relaxing in the morning or evening. We also had a cookout at the pool which was lovely.

Just stayed at this home for 9 days. It is very spacious and “open”. We were able to fit 3 cars and golf cart parking. This house was basic but in all the good ways. Our family and 3 toddlers were able to relax and enjoy the home without worrying about ruining anything. The pool at the complex is super close and great! In my opinion, the beach is not walkable but with a golf cart it was an easy ride back and forth. Without a golf cart, it would be a deal breaker for me…but I had to get 2-3 toddlers to and from each day. My only “note” was that there are no extra blankets in the house and the blankets on the beds are super light. Next time I would bring an extra blanket if you like to snuggle up on the couch or like a little weight on you when sleeping. Management company was the quickest and most responsive I have ever encountered. They were ON IT! All in all, I would totally stay here again!
