Inside, the first-floor open living space is gorgeous, and not surprisingly, the delightful interior is professionally designed. There’s even a surround sound system, for high-end entertainment in any room. The coastal chic dining area has seating for eight.
The fully stocked kitchen has a 6-burner range, filtered H2O system, Kitchen-Aid appliances, and a Cuisinart pod coffee pot.
A primary bedroom, king, includes dual closets, a spa-like ensuite bath with dual vanity, a walk-in shower, and a blissful soaking tub. A guest room, queen, also has a full, private bath.
Upstairs, another primary bedroom, king, includes an ensuite bath, with dual vanity and a zero-entry shower with a bench. Down the hall are two guest rooms, both queen, and a shared bathroom with dual vanity, and separate shower tub/combo area.
The third level has an additional entertainment area with a wall-mounted TV ready for gaming and a bunk space for six guests with two twin over full bunk beds. Perfect for kids, teens, or adults, and boasts another bathroom with dual vanity and walk-in glass door shower.
The expansive front porch has a bed swing, ideal for evening retreats of cocktail sipping. The parking accommodates three vehicles, complete with both garage, covered, and uncovered parking spaces.

Oversee
Perfect home with plenty of space for our 3 families. We especially loved the third floor which we quickly christened the “Bachelorette Pad” where all the girl cousins stayed.

We had a great time at BeachHive. The house was beautiful and spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. It was a very quick golf cart ride to the beach access and the location was great. We will definitely stay here again.
