BeachHive is fresh, fun, and three stories of beachy perfection in Blue Mountain Beach. With four comfy bedrooms, this brand-new spot makes it easy to kick back, spread out, and settle into vacation mode. Cruise around on the complimentary bikes, or cool off at the nearby community pool.

Inside, live your best vacation with a surround sound system, breezy open layout, and designer interiors that make every room photo-worthy. The kitchen’s got everything: a 6-burner range, filtered water, KitchenAid appliances, and a pod coffee maker ready to fuel your mornings.

The dining table seats eight, plenty of room for big breakfasts or late-night takeout. Nearby, a primary suite has dual closets and a spa-like bathroom with double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub that begs for bubbles.

A guest room, is just down the hall has its own full private bath.

Upstairs, there’s a second primary suite with a walk-in shower and double vanity. Two more guest rooms share a spacious bath with a separate tub and shower setup, perfect for keeping the peace during busy mornings.

On the top floor, things get fun. There's a hangout zone with a TV for movies or gaming, plus bunk space for six (two twin-over-fulls). Another bathroom up here means no one’s waiting in line.

Out front, the porch swing is calling. Morning coffee, happy hour, or a good book, it’s the perfect spot to park yourself. Parking? A covered garage and a driveway space fit three cars.

Oversee 30A is local, friendly, and always nearby if you need us. We’re here every day (with a 24/7 emergency line, just in case), making sure your stay is smooth from start to finish.

Additionally, the annual 30A Easter Egg Hunt is set to begin on March 29th. Eggs will be hidden daily between Dune Allen and Watercolor, primarily around the Blue Mountain area, and hints will be shared through social media stories to help participants find the hidden treasures.
