Perfect for large families or groups, the remarkable house is a sleek, chic, feast for the eyes. It’s also warm and inviting, each room a charming display of modern aesthetics.
The first level accommodates 13 guests with 5 bedrooms, including a primary suite, king, with a soaking tub and private patio. A guest room, queen, and a second guest room, queen, each have a private bath. A third guest room has a pair of twin bunk beds, while a fourth has bunks and a twin.
Down the hall, cheer for your favorite team in the media room with stadium seating. Or have the kids watch their favorite movie.
Upstairs, a primary suite, king, has a soaking tub and an incredible walk-in shower. The second level also hosts the kitchen and living area, with panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico.
The wonderful kitchen is a chef’s dream with high-end appliances including built-in, under-the-counter, Sub-Zero refrigerators and freezers. The two dishwashers can assist with cleanup.

The Galentine’s Body Love Bootcamp: Fitness Meets Self-Love is scheduled for February 11, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at 30A Power Yoga. This two-hour experience is an empowering Galentine's celebration designed to encourage participants to celebrate their bodies. It combines a high-energy workout with deep identity work, vision board creation, and community connection, all aimed at fostering self-love. The event includes a 45-minute bootcamp workout led by Aly Gray from 30A Fit, an identity and manifestation workshop focused on becoming a woman who loves her body, and a "Strong Woman" vision board creation session (materials provided). Post-workout refreshments and a special gift to support a body-love practice are also included. Attendees will enjoy community with other women. Optional additions are the opportunity to shop for fresh flowers and Seagems Permanent Jewelry on-site. The event is limited to 25 women. The price is $55, with an Early Bird special of $45 available by using code LOVEME before February 5. The house was well located and the living spaces well designed for our family of 11. The large living room with great views was enjoyed as well as the large circular outdoor dining table. The house is worn, but the equipment largely worked and the location and views make up for the age.

My husband and I have brought our kids to Santa Rosa for the last 3 years and it never disappoints! The kids love the pool and friendly environment. The house was well stocked with pool towels, toys and linens. Whenever I travel I bring extra blankets because I get cold and lots of airbnbs do not offer extra linens outside of maybe a small bed throw but this home had ample blankets that were warm and cozy and my kids loved cuddling up watching movies. It was a great stay!!

Our family stayed for a week at Atypical and it was a great experience. The house was large and so close to the beach. The hosts were so helpful and responsive. The house looked like the photos and ended up being bigger than we expected (which was great). If you are looking to spend a lot of time at the beach, you can’t beat this location.

This place was perfect for our group of 15 adults. We had ample amount of sleeping and storage space. The location can’t be beat! We had a couple minor concerns upon check in, but they were quickly addressed by the rental company. Customer service was a 10/10! I highly recommend this stay if you want to experience Grayton Beach with ease!
