With a sparkling private pool and an adorable carriage house, Adrift Afloat is a fantastic vacation sanctuary in Eastern Lake Estates.

This gorgeous 7-bedroom home offers plenty of room with a 4-bedroom main house and a charming 3-bedroom carriage house, perfect for big families or groups.

Between the homes is a private oasis with a sparkling pool, relaxing spill-over spa, and an outdoor dining area featuring a gas grill, setting the stage for unforgettable gatherings.

Inside the main house, the living room welcomes you with a comfy sectional. The dining area seats eight, and the modern, airy kitchen is fully equipped for any culinary adventure, with extra seating at the island. There's also a cozy bunk room with full-over-full bunks, a full trundle, and an additional twin with a trundle, plus a full bathroom on this floor.

Upstairs, three serene bedrooms—each with a TV, private bath, and balcony—await. The primary suite is a true escape with a soaking tub, a separate shower, and a private balcony that's perfect for morning coffee.

The carriage house across the pool is just as inviting. Its sunlit open living area includes a full kitchen, dining space for seven, and a twin-over-twin bunk room with a private bath.

A guest bedroom, queen, on the first floor comes with a seating area and its own patio access, while the entire second level is reserved for the primary bedroom, queen, with a private bath, wet bar, and a balcony for soaking up the Florida sunshine.

In the heart of Seagrove, you're just a short walk from local dining, coffee shops, and more. Plus, the 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail nearby gives you access to explore all the beauty of 30A, from Seaside and Grayton Beach to Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach.

Amazing, fun, convenient! What an amazing property. Perfect for a large family get together. We spent a lot of time in the pool and enjoyed the cabana feel with the TV in the backyard. The main home is cozy and roomy at the same time. The best feature of the house is the bed on the front porch by far. 3 minutes ok there and you‚’re out!

The house was beautiful with plenty of space for the amount of people we had, but there were a few issues. The ice maker never worked and although I was told I would get ice, I was only brought one bag for the entire 4 day stay for 12 people. The rain shower head in one of the bedrooms was terrible and we had to shower in another bathroom. I expected the kitchen to be better stocked, but I understand guests might take things. The grill could use a good cleaning and the carriage house kitchen had no cleaning supplies. The beds in the carriage house were very hard and uncomfortable, but if you like a hard bed you will be good. The location to the beach is within walking distance, the neighborhood is quiet, and there was plenty of parking. Overall, our vacation was great! The beach towels and cups as gifts were a nice touch!

The location was great as it was walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

There was plenty of space for our big group which was nice to spread out. The bike rentals were a nice touch.

My only critique was the cleanliness. The pool had hair and debris. There was human hair in the bed covers and chairs in the bedroom. There was a trash bag left from the previous guests in the outdoor shower.

Overall great space and amenities but the cleaning standards could be elevated.

Very nice property and well maintained. My family, my parents and my sisters family enjoyed a lovely week at this house. Plenty of room for our party of eleven to spread out. Lots of porches that are well furnished to hang out on as well as the lovely pool space. The management company was super responsive, especially given that it was a busy holiday week. Questions were answered near instantly and when needed they were at the property within minutes!

Good space for family. Beautiful pool area. Carriage house provided nice space for family with 15 month old. Clean kitchen. Great gas grill. Nicely stocked with starter toiletries, dish soap, laundry pods. Great welcome gifts in beach blankets and travel cups.

Okay beach access once Rams public access was located. East Lake access was difficult due to lake runoff for 82 year old mother.

Last minute booking was well managed by management company. Great communication to ensure booking was confirmed. We would stay in this property again.
