Beautiful home, as pictured and described. As stated in previous reviews, fan remotes for master and living room were not in home or made available. There are no shades in the master above the bed, so there was no sleeping in due to the sun shining directly above the bed. Very small inconveniences. A great week was had and many memories were made!

We really enjoyed our stay in the 30A area! Our only complaint was inability to use several ceiling fans as the remotes were not available in the home. We grilled out our first full day, enjoyed easy access to local beaches, enjoyed the quaint feeling of the neighborhood (the neighbors are great!) but took time to enjoy the family space as well.

The kitchen is very well equipped for almost every thing you could need during the stay. The home does back up to a small shopping plaza with a few restaurants, one that gets quite loud on karaoke night (go join the fun!) but an easy walk to amazing ice cream!

Amenities were great, we used the golf cart and beach chairs almost daily and overall really enjoyed our stay. Oversee was super quick to respond when the elevator would not open upon our arrival, and they were easily able to fix the issue.

The air in the third floor was not working . Two remotes had been removed by the owner. I called the management . They tried to help out and brought portable fans and an air conditioner
The house was so hot when we arrived. The air should be left turned on when you expect guests as it look several hours to get it cooled down.
They did reimburse for the time spent and the bother of having to wait for this to get fixed.
So no complaints . Except for the minor inconvenience

Beautiful home and excellent location. This home was comfortable and had everything to make our Christmas and new year at the beach memorable. Bikes and golf cart were an added bonus. The beach access was quick and easy. Heated pool was a plus. Thank you for a great 2 weeks at our favorite beach.
