The dinner includes a selection of premium Italian vintages, such as Brancaia Chianti Classico Riserva, Jermann Pinot Grigio, and the 2015 Bertani Amarone Classico (2024’s Wine of the Year), expertly paired with Chef Tim Creehan’s culinary artistry. WSET certified viniculturist Robin Vaughn and Cuvee 30A owner Chef Tim Creehan host the event. Reservations for the Italian Wine Dinner are available.

Fantastic vacation home. Location is great. 2 blocks to the Rosemary Beach square. Walk out the back gate to Shades for dinner and cocktails. Donut Hole is walking distance. The house is beautiful and spacious. Oversee does an incredible job maintaining the house. Simply decorated which I loved. Toys for the kids to play with ample room for everyone to spread out. Beds were so comfortable. Bathrooms were all a nice size. The house is so clean. The pool was awesome. Our grandkids swam every night. We loved the turf backyard and spent most nights outside. We also loved the community pool. Oversee is great at communication. Access was very easy. Close to beach. We went to the public beach access in Inlet. Just a couple blocks down and great parking and clean bathrooms. The bikes were a great added bonus. We used them daily. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and storage containers. High end appliances. This is a vacation that will not disappoint. Highly recommend. 10/10

I can’t say enough about the property. We felt right at home when we entered the home. The home was immaculate; it was spacious and had the right amount of furniture – all the beds were super comfortable.
We were excited about the outdoor kitchen, the pool, the carriage house, the bikes, and the distance to the beach. You only need to bring food, bathing suits, a beach towel, pool toys, and chairs for the beach ( you can rent on-site). There is plenty to do in the town square; pay attention to all of the free activities for Rosemary Beach; we took the kids three days in because we needed to realize all available activities. Cinderella in the Park, sand in a Jar, etc. Also, if you don’t have enough bikes, you can rent more from “Peddlers”. These guys were so amazing. We can’t wait to go back!

The house is beautiful and surprisingly quiet considering 30a is very close. It felt like a private retreat. It is a it of a walk to the beach but we didn’t mind. We were very pleased and would stay here again.

The home was perfect for our three families to have a relaxing and worry-free vacation. The property was clean, well-maintained and beautifully decorated. We had plenty of space to spread out in quiet moments while also having room to come together in the common areas. My favorite spot was the rocking chair on the front porch. The peacefulness made my morning coffee and Donut Hole treat extra sweet.

Beautiful home with plenty of space. The younger kids liked the smaller pool. The older kids liked the bikes. The trail was right outside the neighborhood gate and we used the backyard gate for a short walk to Shades Restaurant. Beach access is a little bit of a walk.

We found the house to be spacious, comfortable and well-located. It was a short walk down Winston to the beach entrance. We appreciated the “shortcut” boardwalk from the neighborhood. The kitchen was well equipped and has high end stove and refrigerator. Oversee quickly responded to all questions and issues. They assisted with initial difficulty in accessing the unit and the garage apartment. We had two issues: 1. The listing on the Oversee website indicated that an elevator was one of the amenities. When we arrived, we learned that guests cannot use the elevator. This made our vacation more difficult for our 4 older family members. 2. The couch on the second floor is visibly stained. A white coach might not be the best choice for a beach house.

Our stay couldn’t have been more perfect! The house was amazing and very clean upon our arrival. The check in/arrival procedures were so easy. The house had everything we needed to feel right at home and plenty of space for our large group. Super close walk to the beach. Also close to Shades and The Donut Hole, two of our favorite restaurants in the area. We will definitely be back!
