New in 2018, 91 San Juan is a two-story home with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 4 balconies, and sleeps 10. It’s in the heart of Seagrove Beach, just 300 yards to beach access and 1.25 miles to Seaside.
Outside, the private pool is very inviting. And along with a large Green Egg grill, this is definitely a vacation highlight, an excellent area for the entire family to unwind. Overlooking the pool area is the screened-in back porch. This wonderful space, with a hanging day bed, can be accessed through the French doors in the open living area.
The interior is bright and charming, with high-end finishes, hickory wood floors throughout, 10' ceilings on both levels, and quartz countertops in the baths and in the gourmet kitchen, which includes commercial-grade KitchenAid appliances.
The spacious dining area comfortably seats 8.
Nearby, a primary suite, king, has a private bath with large walk-in shower and dual vanity. The second floor hosts another primary suite, king, with a private bath, a large walk-in shower, and large soaking tub. This suite also has a private balcony. A third guest room, king, has a private balcony overlooking the pool and a shared full bath. The fourth guest room has two twin bunk beds (4 twin beds) and a shared bathroom.

Great place and location, we loved it for our family vacation. The unit is getting a little tired and needs a refresh (fresh paint and living room furniture/slip covers). Other than that – it worked well for our family of 5 and I highly recommend it!

This house checked all of our boxes of the 7 of us. Kids always want a pool, this house has a very nice pool and a relaxing backyard. Walking to the beach each morning was so close – literally at the end of the street. No golf cart needed here. 5 minute bike ride to Seaside. Only negative I noticed was the gas grill, it was pretty nasty inside, and most interior components were rusted out or broke. They do have a green egg – which I did not use. Overall, we look forward to staying here again.

My Family and I had a wonderful time and really enjoyed this spacious property. Great location with close access to the beach via the San Juan Beach Access, Spacious and Clean. We really enjoyed the private pool when we were not down at the beach. Property has access to 4 bicycles, but we rented a golf cart as we had 6 guests to transport. Easy walk or bike ride to the shopping and restaurant areas in Seaside and Watercolor. Would definitely rent this property again.

Loved this house for our bachelorette weekend! It was big and walkable to the beach- the bikes were great and seaside is a short bike away. Hosts were very responsive as well, would recommend!

Very inviting home- very clean and well stocked in kitchen. Had complimentary household necessities to get us through first couple days. Close walk to beach access, close proximity to shopping/dining. Very safe area. Excellent attentiveness by host- great communication. Would definitely stay here again. We had three adult women and four 16 year old girls, so setup of beds -bedrooms worked perfect!

We loved this house for our party of 10. Very spacious bedrooms and a very private back yard with a good sized pool. Walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes and very close to grocery stores and shopping.

This is a gem of a home. Very quiet, convenient, well proportioned. Enjoyed the layout and only issue we had was pool cleanliness on arrival (previous guest declined service.) Oversee was quick to remediate and respond.

We enjoyed our stay at this home, perfectly located steps from the beach and about a mile from Seaside Square. The bedrooms/bathrooms were spacious and living space was great. Lovely porch and pool. 4 adult bikes were brand new! Property Manager was very responsive. Bring your own beach towels and chairs. We rented chairs/umbrellas easily on the beach.

This is a beautiful home. With the balconies, screened in back porch and private pool Plenty of room for us 6 adult’s. The beds were comfortable and the linens were very clean and comfy. The location is great as to the beach access and eminities. We are already looking into using them again.

We have stayed with Oversee Rental properties the last 4 years that we have been coming to 30A during Spring Break. The staff is great to work with with any concerns we may have. 91 San Juan Avenue was another great property. The inside of the house was very clean,spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. My only suggestion would be to clean the outside pool furniture a little better inbetween guest. The chairs were a little dirty. We overall had a great stay and will return again soon!

Fun trip with family and friends; this is our second consecutive year to stay in this specific property. We have been pleased both times. The property is nice…perfect size for two, 4-person families. We stayed at 91 San Juan and had a great week. The house is beautiful, pool was fantastic and the house is very close to the beach. We had a few very minor issues while staying there and Oversee was quick to respond. We would absolutely stay there again.

We were very pleased with the accommodations. The location to the beach was great, as well as to shopping and site seeing. We enjoyed riding the bikes around and especially enjoyed the heated pool. Location of this house is ideal, since it is right next door to our daughter’s property (85 San Juan). Our large, extended family can get together for a wonderful beach vacation. The gorgeous white sand beach is a very short walk away!

The house is just as described, and even better in person! Everything is clean and fresh – the décor is neutral and inviting and there’s lots of seating available. Lots of room to spread out and a super quick walk to the beach. The location to Seaside is also nice – it’s just a quick bike ride away! The pool looked clean and inviting but the weather was a little too cool for a swim, but would be great in the summer! Our family loved the house and enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving meal all made in the gorgeous open kitchen. We will definitely return and highly recommend this home to others!
