New in 2018, 91 San Juan is a two-story home with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 4 balconies, and sleeps 10. It’s in the heart of Seagrove Beach, just 300 yards to beach access and 1.25 miles to Seaside.

Outside, the private pool is very inviting. And along with a large Green Egg grill, this is definitely a vacation highlight, an excellent area for the entire family to unwind. Overlooking the pool area is the screened-in back porch. This wonderful space, with a hanging day bed, can be accessed through the French doors in the open living area.

The interior is bright and charming, with high-end finishes, hickory wood floors throughout, 10' ceilings on both levels, and quartz countertops in the baths and in the gourmet kitchen, which includes commercial-grade KitchenAid appliances.

The spacious dining area comfortably seats 8.

Nearby, a primary suite, king, has a private bath with large walk-in shower and dual vanity. The second floor hosts another primary suite, king, with a private bath, a large walk-in shower, and large soaking tub. This suite also has a private balcony. A third guest room, king, has a private balcony overlooking the pool and a shared full bath. The fourth guest room has two twin bunk beds (4 twin beds) and a shared bathroom.
