67 Riker Avenue by Oversee 30A | Perfect in Walton County Awards – Three-Time Diamond Winner – Best Rental Mgmt. 2026, 2025, 2024
Escape to 67 Riker Avenue, a stunning and stylish vacation home, on the peaceful north side of Hwy 98 in Point Washington. This exclusive community offers a serene atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of other beach towns, perfect for unwinding after a day of fun in the sun.
Inside, things feel warm and intentional. Hardwood floors, sliding barn doors, and thoughtfully layered design give the home personality without trying too hard. The open layout makes gathering easy—chat around the oversized kitchen island, settle in for dinner in the formal dining area, or stretch out in the living room, complete with a big TV and gas fireplace.
A nearby bunk room with its own hangout space makes a great spot for younger guests, and the guest bedroom down the hall is equal parts simple and cozy. There's also a half bath and shared full bath, all designed with comfort (and style) in mind.
The primary suite is the standout—spacious, calming, and complete with a dreamy bathroom featuring double vanities, a soaking tub, and a dual-head walk-in shower.
Outside, the screened-in back porch overlooks a stretch of green that’s classic Point Washington: peaceful, piney, and pure relaxation.
Oversee 30A is a local team that knows this area inside and out.
We’re nearby every day of the week, and always on call for anything unexpected. Let’s make this stay effortless—and a little unforgettable.
