67 Riker Avenue by Oversee 30A | 2025 Diamond Winner-Best Rental Mgmt.

Escape to 67 Riker Avenue, a stunning and stylish vacation home, on the peaceful north side of Hwy 98 in Point Washington. This exclusive community offers a serene atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of other beach towns, perfect for unwinding after a day of fun in the sun.

Inside, things feel warm and intentional. Hardwood floors, sliding barn doors, and thoughtfully layered design give the home personality without trying too hard. The open layout makes gathering easy—chat around the oversized kitchen island, settle in for dinner in the formal dining area, or stretch out in the living room, complete with a big TV and gas fireplace.

A nearby bunk room with its own hangout space makes a great spot for younger guests, and the guest bedroom down the hall is equal parts simple and cozy. There's also a half bath and shared full bath, all designed with comfort (and style) in mind.

The primary suite is the standout—spacious, calming, and complete with a dreamy bathroom featuring double vanities, a soaking tub, and a dual-head walk-in shower.

Outside, the screened-in back porch overlooks a stretch of green that’s classic Point Washington: peaceful, piney, and pure relaxation.

Oversee 30A is a local team that knows this area inside and out.

We’re nearby every day of the week, and always on call for anything unexpected. Let’s make this stay effortless—and a little unforgettable.

The SOWAL Comedy Fest, formerly known as the Sand Up Comedy Fest, is returning for Valentine's weekend in 2026. The event will take place over three nights, from Thursday, February 12, through Saturday, February 14, 2026, across three different venues in South Walton, FL (30A). This event provides three days of big-city stand-up comedy, making it an ideal Valentine's date weekend escape with intimate rooms, limited attendance, and unforgettable nights out. Given that the previous two years resulted in sold-out crowds and nights, early ticket purchase is highly recommended. For the first time, all shows offer reserved seating by selection, allowing guests to choose their preferred spot, whether they desire front-row energy, center-room immersion, or a quieter corner. The 2026 headliners include Peter Wong (New York, NY), who is featured on Comedy Central and Nate Bargatze’s Nateland and is returning for his third year. Anjelica Scannura (New York, NY), recently awarded Just For Laughs “New Face of Stand-Up” and the first Canadian woman to win the Boston Comedy Festival, will also be performing. The lineup is completed by Carter Deems (Atlanta, GA), an MTV’s Wild ’N Out alum with writing credits for shows including Epic Rap Battles of History and Drop The Mic. Shows are scheduled across all three nights with two showtimes, 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., at each venue. The featured venues include SOWAL House, an intimate and welcoming room at the heart of South Walton’s cultural scene, designed for up-close stand-up. Wild Olives, located at 30A’s Greenway Station, offers a vibrant, stylish atmosphere with a full bar and food options. Lastly, Distillery 98 is known for craft cocktails and a lively event vibe, offering tours, local art, and live programming. The festival serves a purpose by supporting and benefiting the SOWAL Foundation (SOFO), a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering and uplifting local creatives. Beyond the festival, SOFO hosts recurring programming at SOWAL House, such as film screenings, poetry gatherings, art exhibitions, and creative meetups, along with special events held monthly. Tickets for the event, which runs from Thursday, February 12, to Saturday, February 14, 2026, are currently on sale and can be purchased by date, venue, or headliner. Three of us stayed in a great house in Santa Rosa Beach. Lovely neighborhood. Three mile drive to great sandy white beaches. Oversee was so helpful as we had some difficulty using the keyless entry to the house. We just didn’t get it! They are friendly, quick to respond and will definitely use them again. Great property management ! Thank you, Linda from Minnesota

This was our first time with Airbnb. We were very impressed with the house and the boys loved riding on the golf cart. What a huge convenience for the local things we used it for. The pool was in our back yard and they loved it. You had everything thing and more for our stay.
We couldn’t get the Wi-Fi code so I called and Ryan was just fantastic. He tried a few codes but it didn’t work. He said he would call me back and even though it was after office hours, he called me back with the code. This entire week was great. Thank you oh so much!!!!
