Music in Pictures Student Exhibition
The creativity of young artists in Walton County is on display at the Music in Pictures Student Art Exhibition, presented by the Rosemary Beach Foundation. The Broadway run concluded on March 11, 2020, due to COVID-19. Mean Girls JR. is presented through a special arrangement with Music Theatre International.

Auditions will take place from January 29 to February 10, 2025, and can be scheduled by appointment or through virtual submission. The auditions are open to male and female actors aged 10-19. Appointments can be made via email or by contacting 850-771-8538. Virtual submissions can be sent via email. The production will run from April 23 to 26, 2025, with performances starting at 6:30 PM. Tickets, priced at $16.50, will be available from February 2025, with limited seating.
There is no fee to participate in Surfside Music Theatre productions, as the theatre believes in providing opportunities for all talent. While professional actors may receive paid contracts, young cast members participate for free. The production offers a variety of roles, including leads, supporting roles, and ensemble parts.
