Idyll Hounds Brewing Company is celebrating its 11th anniversary by hosting the spookiest beer festival on the Gulf Coast. Certified instructor Riann leads this all-levels class from 8–9 a.m., focusing on breathwork, assisted stretching, and functional movements to enhance strength, balance, and upliftment. Participants will leave feeling centered, empowered, and refreshed.
