Fabulous location, great property manager and wonderful house with loads of amenities. We loved being on Eastern Lake with the ability to fish from the time we woke up. Kayaks, SUPs and bikes, beach tent and chairs, everything you need for fun in the sun. The home is comfy and well cared for, especially loved the beds and pillows! Quiet street, easy access to beaches and restaurants/shops on 30A. We will definitely rent through Oversee again and highly recommend this property!

We had such a wonderful stay at 30A Lakeside Retreat! The home itself is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and so well-kept. The amenities were plentiful and thoughtful, especially the abundance of towels, which made everything feel effortless during our trip.

The outdoor covered patio quickly became one of our favorite spots to relax, it’s perfect for enjoying morning coffee or winding down in the evening. We also loved having access to paddle boards and kayaks; being able to kayak straight to the beach was such a unique and memorable experience.

The location is fantastic, too. It’s just minutes away from great restaurants, and we especially loved the nearby coffee shop, The Beachy Bean. Having so much within easy reach made our stay even more enjoyable.

Overall, 30A Lakeside Retreat is the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and fun. We can’t wait to come back!

Stop scrolling and book this home—you will not regret it. From the moment we arrived, 30A Lakeside Retreat felt like the most restorative getaway we’ve ever experienced. Truly it is “perfect for families”, “a romantic getaway” or “girls retreat”.

We biked along the trails, paddle boarded straight from the dock to the beach, and savored morning coffee on the peaceful screened back porch. The beach is a short, beautiful walk away, and just steps across 30A are coffee shops, dining, boutique shopping, and hiking trails.

The amenities were exceptional—from the thoughtful details to the bikes and paddle boards provided by the hosts. The linens and bedding were the most luxurious we’ve ever experienced in an Airbnb—better than a five-star hotel. Filtered water, impeccably clean, beautifully furnished, and designed for comfort, this home gave us memories we’ll treasure forever.

Too many special touches to mention, but trust me: don’t miss your chance to stay at this stunning lakeside retreat!! Perfect Location!!

Nothing but great things to say about 30A Lakeside Retreat. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. Well appointed with everything we needed to make family meals and feel right at home. Being able to use the paddle boards and kayaks right off the back dock was amazing and a huge bonus. Location was awesome: beautiful (and not too crowded) beach access just down the street, multiple terrific restaurants, stores (and ice cream!) within a short walk or bike ride. Highly recommended, we will definitely stay there again.
