Three floors of coastal cool, four primary suites with private baths, a bunk room built for late-night giggles, and extra beds for tagalongs. Bring the whole crew, including your pooch, there’s room for 15!
On the second level, start your day next to the splash pool, with seating that says stay a while. The covered dining area is made for seafood boils and charcuterie spreads, and adjacent to the pool? Sneak off to the outdoor fireplace nook with a glass of wine and zero responsibilities. Also allowable.
Downstairs?
That’s where the party lives. The covered hangout zone includes a big-screen TV, fireplace, dining area, and a fully stocked outdoor kitchen with a grill, sink, and mini fridge. Rain can't ruin the vibe here. This space is ready for movie nights, game-day snacks, and second helpings.
We’ve packed the kitchen with all the extras: crockpot, Instant Pot, rice cooker, waffle maker, you name it. There’s also a stash of games, puzzles, and beach chairs, so the good times pretty much plan themselves.
And if anything comes up, Oversee 30A is just around the corner (not literally, but close enough). Our team is local, helpful, and always on standby, with a 24/7 line for anything that needs more than a Google search.

Probably the most beautiful home I’ve ever stayed in. It was very well-kept and had everything we needed to enjoy or time and entertain for our wedding weekend. There were a couple uncertainties such as a lock on the thermostat, how to get the golf cart key and why the outdoor trash wasn’t getting picked up, but the management company was incredibly responsive and resolved issues very quickly.
We live in the area, but this home felt like vacation! We would love to stay here again.

Oversee provided an exceptional experience during my stay. The property, 30A Beach Bliss, was well-maintained, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. It’s in a peaceful neighborhood just north of 30a on the west end. Beach access is an easy bike ride or golf cart ride away. The booking process was easy, and Ryan from Oversee, was responsive and helpful, addressing any inquiries promptly. Overall, I highly recommend this company and property!

This is the most beautiful home we‚’ve ever stayed in. Welcoming design, gorgeous decor, & high end amenities. The plunge pool was an amazing place to relax with family after a day at the beach. Every bedroom has king bed with private full baths. The kitchen was fully stocked with an oversized refrigerator & freezer. We also enjoyed the walking trails behind the house. Highly recommend this home! üíï

This property was amazing!! It was well appointed and exactly what was stated in the property description!! Too, it had baby items…a pack-n-play, umbrella stroller….very well stocked! Will plan to return!!

This house was amazing in every way. We wanted something more quiet and peaceful and this didn‚’t disappoint!! The house was off the beaten path and away from the hustle and bustle. The best part of that was they included a 6 person golf cart as well as several bikes for a quick ride over to the beach or to pick up takeout. The house was as beautiful as the pictures. So many outside spaces to relax and enjoy; so much seating indoors for meals; wonderfully appointed kitchen with everything you need to cook a full meal. All of the spaces were clean, comfortable, and as described. The management company does a wonderful job of staying in contact and answering questions. Our family made wonderful memories here and we were all thoroughly impressed with all of it!

The house is large and beautiful! The decor was tastefully decorated. The location was great- private, but had access to a nice golf cart to get around areas nearby. The pool was perfect for whenever we weren‚’t at the beach.
We did run into a few issues but were resolved for the most part. We were contacted if we would allow for people to come see the house (it‚’s up for sale) so didn‚’t love that.
Overall, we had a great stay!

We loved our stay at this beautiful home in Dune Allen. lt was located in a nice peaceful neighborhood in Dune Allen. We absolutely loved the spacious kitchen and enjoyed making many meals in the amazing space. The management team at Oversee were wonderful to work with, very responsive and friendly. We had a need regarding the golf cart lock/key and Oversee sent someone out right away to take care of the issue. We have rented from many companies on the 30a area and Oversee’s team was the best!
Great stay and would definitely look to stay again in the future!

Only 3 wash cloths . Needed more. There was a lot dust on the wall in hall by the vent. Great amount of towels was good. Just a short walk to the beach. Overall great place to stay.
