Welcome to 287 W Lake Forest Dr, a WaterColor getaway that keeps everyone happy. Ease into the morning on the front porch daybed swing with a fresh cup of coffee, then stroll three minutes to Camp WaterColor. Ready for the beach? Grab one of the four complimentary bikes and cruise to the WaterColor Beach Club. Later, the covered back porch steals the show with a basketball goal, fireplace, and outdoor TV.

The kitchen is ready for everything from quick breakfasts to big family dinners.

A table for ten, plus three barstools at the island, gives everyone a seat. After dinner, spread out in the living room for movies, conversation, or a little friendly debate over tomorrow's beach plans. A half bath and laundry room complete the main floor.

The first floor also includes a guest room with a queen bed and a private full bath. Upstairs, the primary suite features a king bed, walk-in shower, and deep soaking tub. Two more guest rooms, one with two queen beds and another with two twin beds, share a full bathroom, making the layout a great fit for families.

As the sun sets, the back porch transforms into your private evening sanctuary. Fire up the gas grill for a cookout, catch the game on the outdoor TV, gather around the fireplace, and sink into the comfortable patio furniture to close out a perfect beach day.

About a mile from the beach, this WaterColor home includes exclusive access to the Beach Club and community pools. Parking is available for two vehicles, plus additional first-come, first-served neighborhood parking. The home makes group trips feel effortless and a whole lotta fun!
