For guests who purchased tickets including dinner and preferred seating, they are asked to arrive at 5:00 PM for dinner. These ticket holders will have seating closer to the stage. The show runs from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM. Guests with "Show only" tickets should arrive between 6:00 PM and 6:30 PM. If they wish to eat from the normal dinner menu before the show, they are advised to make a reservation between 4:30 PM and 5:00 PM to allow enough time to finish their meal. The specific menu for preferred seating ticket holders includes the following options: Soup or Salad: Gulf Coast She Crab Soup with Blue Crab Flitters OR Legacy Hydroponic Red Romaine Caesar Salad with Crispy Pecorino Romano Croutons. The property was great for our two adults and two teens. Beach access was right there and the place was comfortable and clean. HVAC was on the fritz when we got there and they fixed it really quickly. Parking was tight due to construction next-door, but we only had two cars so it was relatively easy to manage. I would definitely stay here again!

From the amenities in the beautiful home to the proximity to the beach – this house was PERFECT for our family. With 5 children ages 10 and under we were nervous about our daily trip to the beach. We were so excited when we followed the short path right to the boardwalk down to the beach. It wasn’t a big deal when we needed to make our trips back and forth to the house a few times. The house had everything we needed and more! It was a perfect place for unwinding as a busy family and enjoying God’s beautiful creation. We would book with Oversee and at this same location again in a heartbeat! Thanks for making our long weekend amazing for our family.

This is a lovely beach house that was just as advertised. The decor is neutral and looks very new, and there was an abundance of bath towels in excellent condition. The location is situated with two beach access points. The closest is just a few yards from the front door. We used this some of the time, but it has many steps down to the beach. Because we had a wagon loaded with a cooler, chairs and towels, we also used the access with a ramp that was just a five minute walk. There was a minor glitch with the door lock during our stay, and management returned our call right away to help.
