12th Annual Tequila and Taco Fest

The 12th Annual Tequila and Taco Fest at The Village of Baytowne Wharf invites attendees to enjoy a variety of tacos, tequilas, margaritas, and Mexican beers while dancing to salsa music. The main event on Saturday offers unlimited tequilas, margaritas, and tacos from local restaurants and food trucks. There will be competitions for the best taco and margarita, with prizes awarded. Free parking and shuttle service are available. Additional attractions include a People’s Choice Award for the best taco, face painting for children, a Chihuahua beauty contest with prizes, special room rates at Sandestin Resort Hotels, music from DJs Vasco, Party, and KC, and a strolling mariachi band.

The weekend is packed with events, starting with a Tequila Dinner at Cantina Laredo on Thursday, May 8th, from 6:30 PM to 9 PM, priced at $79.99 per person. The T&T Fest Kick Off Party takes place on Friday, May 9th, from 6 PM to 9 PM at the Village of Baytowne Wharf, featuring live music and unlimited appetizers with tequila and margarita samplings for $75 per person. The second day of the festival on Saturday, May 10th, runs from 1 PM to 4 PM, with VIP access from 12 PM to 4 PM, offering unlimited taco tastings and tequila and margarita samplings, with prices ranging from $40 to $175 per person. The weekend concludes with a BYE BYE Brunch on Sunday, May 11th, from 11 AM to 2 PM at Poppy’s Crazy Lobster, featuring a special brunch menu for $50, which includes two margaritas or Bloody Marys.
