With deeded beach access, Coastal Haven is a lovely house, just steps from the beach. It’s in the residential community of Seacrest, a short half mile to Alys Beach, 1.5 miles to Rosemary Beach, and 6 miles to Seaside.

The private pool is a fabulous space, with plenty of comfy lounge chairs and a gas grill. Inside, the primary bedroom, king, includes a TV, private bath, jacuzzi tub, and a personal doorway to the backyard pool. A guest room, queen, has a TV and private bath.

Large windows on the second floor keep the open living space bright and cheery. Complete with the latest stainless-steel appliances and other popular items such as a Ninja blender, the kitchen seats 4.

The dining table seats 10.

Across the hall from the roomy living room, is another guest bedroom, queen, with a TV and a bath right outside the door. A guest room, with a double queen and TV, is on the third floor. An additional lounging area, with TV and couches, has access to a deck with table and chairs.
